As an HR BP, you will be responsible, including but not limited to: Be a trusted and credible partner representing the MD model. Own, facilitate, and provide senior level support for the career development and performance processes for our Managing Directors, and ensure that our MD Career Development Committees (MDDCs) run smoothly and deliver robust career development, rewards, and recognition for our executives Lead and play key decision support role in MD life cycle events (lateral hires, onboarding, promotions, transfers, departures, and terminations), driving consistency with global norms. Ensure timely and comprehensive expert involvement and alignment with local and regional HR and Legal teams, global Centers of Excellence, and specialty business leadership Working closely with Global Compensation and Finance teams.
