Napier City Council is looking for a capable and trusted Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director Water Services. This is a key role within a busy and high-performing directorate. You’ll be at the centre of it all managing day-to-day priorities, coordinating reporting, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the Executive Director and Water Services Leadership Team, you’ll help keep workflows moving, information flowing, and deadlines on track.
