OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support working directly with the founders of two growing ventures — Gunpowder & Cabernet, a creative apparel brand, and Free Roam Brewing Company, a dynamic craft brewery — while also supporting a variety of personal and household projects. This is a high-trust role with a wide range of responsibilities and the opportunity to be deeply involved in both business operations and personal life management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities - You’ll be the central point of coordination for the founders, making sure tasks don’t fall through the cracks and that priorities stay aligned across a busy schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a similar role or relevant administrative position is preferred.
  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Proficient in clerical tasks including filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
  • Experience with customer service is required.
  • Able to work independently and pivot between business and personal needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and basic spreadsheet tools
