ABOUT AVISINA:

As a company in the process of expanding our team, we are looking for an Accountant to contribute to our continued growth and success.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum 2 years of full cycle accounting experience, including construction accounts payable, preferably in real estate development or construction
· Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills; experience with Sage and/or Yardi is an asset
· Excellent communication, organization, and data entry skills with superior attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
· Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and schedules
