Technicians in this role will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and efficiency. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical and electrical issues Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards Accurately document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors Maintain productivity levels in a flat-rate pay structure Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including EV systems Follow all safety protocols, especially when working with high-voltage EV components Maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications At least 3 to 5+ years of dealership automotive, repair experience, master-level candidates. ASE certifications (A1–A8, L1, or L3) and/or manufacturer certifications. Experience or training in electric and hybrid vehicle systems highly preferred.
