We have a great new opportunity in our Supplier Quality team, we ‘re looking for a methodical and meticulous QA Officer to support within our Third-Party Compliance division. You’ll work closely with and give direct support to the Head of Quality, UK Third Party - QP, through the efficient execution of quality activities within the Supplier Quality function, ensuring both QA regulatory and business requirements are met. You’ll work collaboratively and pragmatically with Third-Party Suppliers, developing and maintaining good working relationships, in addition, you’ll work closely with other departments across the business to promote a strong QA culture, providing advice and guidance on multi-disciplinary projects, resolving artwork queries, and reporting on key performance metrics.
In this diverse department, your day-to-day workload could include liaising with third party suppliers or service providers (from raw materials manufacturers to contract laboratories) to manage product compliance, updating relevant documentation to uphold best practice (ranging from product quality reviews and complaint investigations or technical agreements, to standard operating procedures), leading Quality-based projects to drive Continuous Improvement across the business, maintaining our Pharmaceutical Quality System to ensure compliance, conducting investigations or assisting with product recalls and following-up on any corrective or preventative actions required, or performing manufacturing, packing or QC testing site audits.
