WIS Healthcare Inventory Associate Job Preview The Healthcare Inventory Associate is responsible for obtaining data on medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Our customers rely on WIS to count their business’ inventory in an efficient, accurate and professional manner. The Travel Inventory Associate will travel with the team weekly to customer locations. You will partner with healthcare professionals, at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs and expiration dates of medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals. Team Requirements No previous inventory experience necessary, we are looking for awesome people like you to Come Count with Us! Prior experience preferred (not required) in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, pharmacy, medical office, and/or medical sales environment. Must complete hospital training certification, as required. Must comply with all hospital/healthcare facility standards. Achieves high efficiency while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected during an inventory. Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation. Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines along with Motor Vehicle background check. Valid Driver’s License Moderate to advanced Excel preferred. Up to 5 overnight stays per week Access to reliable transportation Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules.
