Club Description: Situated amidst the scenic rolling hills of Oxford County, just north of Woodstock, Ontario, Craigowan Golf Club offers an exceptional golfing experience for players of all skill levels. This Par 71, 18-hole championship course spans 6,728 yards, delivering a dynamic and engaging round for every golfer.
Job Description: As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will act as a key member of the golf operations team. Reporting to the Director of Golf, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the golf operations team handling day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Smart Serve Certified
• Valid driver’s license
• Current or previous experience in golf services is an asset
• Strong customer service skills
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong technical computer skills
• Positive, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance
• Dependable and conscientious work habits
• Great attention to detail

• Attend to customer needs as they pertain to retail and golf
• Assist with tournament setup and scoring
• Answer phone inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Act as a liaison with Starters and Marshals
• Facilitate the rental club program including paperwork and club condition
• Be familiar and efficient with cash procedures for opening and closing
• Collect and properly organize data from league play
• Manage power cart usage
• Assist the golf team with various assigned tasks
• Work inside Pro Shop unless instructed otherwise
