Job Description Essential Responsibilities Support / Collaborate with cross-functional team empowered to execute the Lean Six Sigma strategy for process improvement. Through completion of a training program on Lean Six Sigma philosophy, theory and application tools/tactics, deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, and Sourcing processes to reduce defects and attain world-class levels of quality and cycle time reduction. Facilitate team members in the use of Lean / Automation tools. Work with Op Ex leaders and teams to uncover and assess lean opportunities / execute for GE HealthCare and its Projects. Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance and developing improvement strategies to ensure business needs are met. Partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure services meet the needs of the business. Support / Collaborate on sourcing strategic initiatives to ensure optimal cost productivity, fulfillment, and obsolescence/life-cycle management by leveraging standardization and latest industry practices. In conjunction with the Black Belts and Quality Leaders, serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma simplification methodology. Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices. Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process capability and eliminate defects. Facilitate / Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to drive simplification in a section or end-to-end process & drive continuous improvement, reduce cycle time ensuring productivity. This includes Change Acceleration Process (CAP) methods and tools across assigned critical business initiatives / digital core. Educate team on Lean philosophy and application. Propose process technology improvements and capital expenditures.
