Monitor the P&C Operations worklist for new requests and: – action tasks within the P&C Operations service catalogue, – direct employees to self-service information, or – triage and escalate to the appropriate tier 1 or tier 2 level contact. Respond to employment verification requests and questions about employee lifecycle processes. Administer compliance activities including: – On time completion of all background screening for new starters and rescreening for existing employees. – Assign and review acknowledgement of Rest policies. – Review all Work From Home checklists for new starters and validation for existing employees within Service Level Agreements.
