About the role We have an opportunity for a Business Improvement and Governance Manager to be part of the Business Strategy & Support directorate within People & Capability Command for a 12-month period with an anticipated start date in September 2026. The People & Capability Command is responsible for providing human resources and education services to the NSW Police Force across the employee lifecycle. The role is responsible for managing a team of 6 staff and management of all functions within the Business Improvement & Governance Team. The position coordinates and implements quality assurance programs, business plan development, business continuity planning and strategic projects to improve performance and functions aligned to strategic outcomes.
