THE ROLE Our marketing engine is filling the top of the funnel. Now we need a setter who can turn that traffic into booked, qualified calls for our closers. This is a phone-based setting role inside a high-ticket coaching business. You’ll be calling warm and warm-ish leads who have already put their hand up, qualifying them, building rapport, and locking them into a call with one of our closers. No cold calling off lists.
