Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workable Autos Testing Specialist to join our remote team. This role will focus on designing, executing, and maintaining automated tests for our Workable ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integrations and workflows, ensuring seamless recruitment and hiring operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Workable ATS and related workflows. Identify, document, and track bugs or issues related to autos testing and workflow automations. Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Design and implement testing strategies to improve reliability and efficiency of automated recruitment processes. Monitor test results, generate reports, and suggest improvements to testing frameworks and processes. Stay updated on the latest automation testing tools and best practices related to Workable ATS. Required Qualifications Proven experience with automated testing, preferably related to ATS systems like Workable. Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar). Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and applicant tracking systems. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
