As an Local People Partner, you will serve as a key advisor, working closely with leadership and line managers to drive people strategies that align with the business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership: Work collaboratively with senior leaders and managers to understand the organisation's goals and translate these into effective people strategies and initiatives. Manage conflict resolution and lead investigations when necessary. Talent Management: Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent development and succession planning strategies.
