Job Description The ANZ People and Culture Business Partner is a strategic HR role responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive people initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and support organisational growth. This role will focus on both salaried and hourly paid employees, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with company values. Responsibilities Business Partnership: Collaborate with ANZ business leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Provide strategic HR advice and solutions to drive business performance. Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters. Employee Relations: Manage serious employee relations issues, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Delegate lower-level ER to HR Advisor Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Own the annual driver survey process and use the results to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture Talent Acquisition and Retention: Partner with the Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and retain top talent. Develop workforce planning strategies to address skill gaps and succession planning. Support recruitment efforts for critical roles.
