Role Responsibilities As a Senior Associate on the Integrated Marketing Analytics team, you’ll lead the development of a Test & Learn Center of Excellence, establishing standards for test design, governance, and knowledge sharing across stakeholders and lines of business. Deep understanding of testing methodologies, including test/control/holdout design, statistical significance, and measurement best practices. Proven ability to design, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments across multiple channels and lines of business. Experience building scalable processes and frameworks for experimentation and learning. Minimum of 2 years of experience in communication and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and successfully implement new processes. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a quantitative or marketing-related discipline. Experience developing and managing centralized test databases or knowledge repositories. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and marketing analytics platforms. Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments.
