TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable gestion des consultants ayant une excellente capacité relationnelle, un sens aigu de l’organisation et une forte orientation humaine, afin d’assurer le suivi des consultants et la gestion des mandats. La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans la rétention des talents, la qualité des mandats et la satisfaction des consultants, en agissant comme point de contact principal entre les ressources, les clients et les équipes internes. Elle contribuera directement à la performance de l’organisation en optimisant l’expérience des consultants et en assurant une gestion efficace des affectations.
