Le poste s’articule autour de missions principalement administratives, sans volet recrutement. 1. Administration du personnel Rédaction et suivi des contrats, avenants et attestations diverses. Gestion des entrées et sorties (DPAE, visites médicales, soldes de tout compte, etc.). Tenue et mise à jour des dossiers salariés. Suivi des absences, congés, arrêts maladie, visites médicales. 2. Gestion de la paie Préparation et transmission des éléments variables de paie. Vérification des bulletins de salaire. Suivi des congés payés, primes, heures supplémentaires. Classement et archivage des documents relatifs à la paie. 3. Formation et développement des compétences Suivi du plan de formation : inscriptions, convocations, suivi administratif et logistique. Collecte et mise à jour des évaluations de formation. Participation à la veille sur les dispositifs de financement (OPCO). 4. Gestion prévisionnelle de l’emploi et des compétences (GPEC) Mise à jour des organigrammes et fiches de poste. Suivi des entretiens professionnels et des parcours collaborateurs. Contribution à la mise en place d’outils de suivi des compétences. 5. Veille RH et support divers Mise à jour des tableaux de bord RH (effectifs, absences, indicateurs sociaux). Participation à la veille juridique et sociale. Contribution à l’amélioration continue des processus RH internes. Ton profil : Vous préparez une formation de type Bac +2 à Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines (BTS, Bachelor, Licence pro ou Master RH).
