You'll lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, provide expert consulting services, and drive capability-building initiatives. You’ll also lead capability-building programs, and identify training needs. You will partner with Centers of Excellence to implement scalable HR programs. You’ll also lead the design and implementation of local HR projects, as well as guide others in implementing messages from the Center of Excellence. You will advocate Microsoft values and compliance with HR policies for a business or region, drive a scalable approach for enhancing compliance, and lead policy and procedure updates. You’ll also oversee CRM and queue management system queries. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in Human Resources with a strong track record of leading HR initiatives, HR consulting, HR processes or other related area. OR Master’s Degree AND 3+ years experience in Human Resources with a strong track record of leading HR initiatives, HR consulting, HR processes or other related area. OR equivalent experience. Prior exposure and deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, local regulations across ANZ and/or other ASEAN markets. Preferred Qualifications Strong collaboration, consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and skilled in problem-solving, ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
