Role Reporting directly to the General Manager of People and Culture, you will lead all learning programs that support Job Coaches, frontline staff, leaders and new starters. The newly created role is also responsible for designing and maintaining talent, engagement and professional development programs that support internal career progression/mobility and improves staff retention and increases employee engagement. The role will be supported by a L&OD Trainer.
