En temps que Responsable Administratif et RH, vous pilotez les fonctions administratives et RH de la filiale. Votre rôle est de sécuriser l’organisation interne, renforcer la rigueur administrative et soutenir la direction dans les décisions clés. 1. Gestion administrative et RH - Gérer l’ensemble du cycle RH : contrats, dossiers du personnel, mises à jour réglementaires. - Organiser la paie, les absences, les congés et les procédures disciplinaires. - Encadrer l’onboarding et les départs, formaliser les règles internes. - Soutenir les managers dans la gestion quotidienne des équipes et le respect des process. - Apporter un éclairage sur les pratiques locales et les sujets sensibles du terrain. - Être le relai de la team RH globale du groupe au niveau des équipes locales 2. Développement des équipes et gestion humaine - Construire des parcours de progression clairs pour les salariés. Mettre en place des évaluations régulières et identifier les besoins en formation. - Favoriser la montée en compétence des équipes, en particulier des middle managers. - Organiser des événements internes : moments d’équipe, célébrations, ateliers, initiatives bien-être. - Renforcer la cohésion et installer une culture de travail positive. 3. Bureaux et environnement de travail - Garantir que les bureaux soient fonctionnels, propres, adaptés et agréables. - Superviseur les prestataires (ménage, sécurité, maintenance). - Mettre en place des améliorations simples pour faciliter le quotidien des équipes. - Veiller à la bonne organisation logistique de l’espace de travail. 4. Coordination interne et conformité - Assurer la conformité légale et le respect des obligations RH.Gérer les prestataires administratifs (juridique, assurance, paie).Suivre les dossiers administratifs liés aux opérations et à la flotte. - Assurer la confidentialité et la qualité de circulation de l’information. - Relation avec l'inspection du travail - Relation des contrats de location (bureaux, garages, prestataires) 5. Amélioration continue - Structurer et documenter les procédures administratives et RH. - Mettre en place des outils de suivi simples et efficaces. - Identifier les points faibles de l’organisation et proposer des solutions concrètes. Profil recherché : - Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en administration, RH ou office management. - Très bonne connaissance du contexte ivoirien et du cadre légal RH. - Capacité à encadrer plusieurs volets administratifs en autonomie. - Intégrer, sens relationnel, fiabilité.À l’aise pour travailler en proximité avec la direction et prendre en charge des sujets sensibles. - Expérience dans une entreprise en croissance ou structurante appréciée.
