RECRUITMENT Organizes and schedules interviews; conducts and reports on interviews and testing of job candidates. Maintains a database of applicants and interview outcomes using the applicant tracking system. PAYROLL Verify salary, bonuses and benefits amounts to be payable, ensuring confidentiality of payroll information as needed.
