Perform a range of generalist HR functions, executing with efficiency and accuracy to a high standard. Assist with IR matters and provide timely advice, ensuring hotel policy and legal compliance. Plan and execute colleague engagement initiatives, social events, and recognition programs. Collaborate with trusted external partners to source talent and create recruitment pathways.
