Factory Direct Marine & RV/Caravelle Boat Group is seeking a full-time recruiter. The ideal candidate has professional experience and a good track record of finding and hiring candidates for businesses and organizations. This is a full-time hourly position with bonuses offered for good hires.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, and edit job descriptions
  • Utilize the Hireology account to seek out potential employees
  • Utilize your own trade knowledge to seek out potential employees
  • Understand the hiring needs of the organization
  • Identify the best candidates for hiring across a wide variety of positions
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Review potential hires with store and corporate management
  • Establish and maintain positive rapport with candidates
  • Develop a network of potential future candidates

Job Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with great hiring for businesses and organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Professional Human Resources experience is preferred.
  • Basic working knowledge of the use of computers, office productivity software, and emails.
  • Timeliness is a must.
