Club Manager - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)
HOAMCO is seeking a full-time onsite Club Manager for Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, a premier 55+ active adult resort community nestled in the beautiful, forested region of Redmond, Washington, surrounded by natural beauty and miles of walking trails. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of management experience, preferably in high-end resort communities or hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage interruptions, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.

• Oversee operations of all Cascade Club departments, including Member Services/Lifestyle, Food Services/Bistro, and Center for Wellbeing, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Manage all departmental staff, including hiring, training, development, and conducting performance reviews.
• Collaborate with community operations leadership, the Board of Directors, and committees to align club activities with community goals.
• Oversee departmental budgets, driving business success, growth, and financial accountability.
• Foster community engagement by enhancing member services and promoting a vibrant, resident-focused environment.
• Prepare reports and maintain communication with leadership to ensure transparency and support strategic initiatives.
