Note: This position is hybrid, requiring working 2 days per week out of our midtown NYC office. Key Responsibilities Leadership Development & Critical Thinking Design and deliver programs that cultivate critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills at all leadership levels. Establish frameworks that help leaders navigate ambiguity, scale teams, and drive enterprise-wide alignment. Executive Onboarding Build a best-in-class onboarding experience for executives and senior hires that accelerates their impact and deepens their connection to SecurityScorecard’s culture. Develop onboarding pathways tailored for different functions and global markets. Learning Strategy & Curriculum Design Define the long-term L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and growth goals. Develop curricula covering leadership, cross-functional collaboration, performance management, and inclusion. Employee Engagement & Culture Partner with HRBPs and People Operations to integrate L&D initiatives with engagement, talent reviews, and succession planning. Use learning as a lever to strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organizational resilience. Data-Driven Insights & Measurement Establish KPIs and reporting to measure the impact of learning programs on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and business outcomes. Continuously iterate based on feedback and organizational needs. Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate with executives, business unit leaders, and functional heads to diagnose needs and co-create scalable solutions.
