JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the management of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for analysing data, and a passion for sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in account management while working closely with clients and internal teams.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a sales or account management role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities through previous roles or projects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
