Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in quality management within Manufacturing. Proven track record in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS). Strong background in regulatory compliance and audit management, including experience in the ISO re-certification process. Demonstrated leadership experience managing quality teams and driving cultural change. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple geographies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Formal lean certification is desirable, but not essential.
