About The Role This position sits within the National Family Violence and Modern Slavery (FVMS) Team and is well suited to someone who is motivated by purposeful, impact-driven work. It offers the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant project and strategic initiatives while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and value playing a critical role in enabling high-quality service delivery across the country. This is a part-time (3 days a week) permanent role. The salary is aligned with the SCHADS Award Level 5. This role can be based anywhere nationally, offering flexibility for the right candidate. How you will make an impact Supporting National Specialists and leading selected projects. Conducting research, consultations and data analysis to inform service needs. Preparing reports, tools, resources, tenders and briefing materials. Assisting State Managers and the National Team with program monitoring and compliance. Maintaining the FVMS Quality Workplan and supporting accreditation processes. Updating key documents such as Operational Manuals, BCPs, Action Plans and Risk Registers. Supporting continuous quality improvement and compliance mechanisms. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Contributing to national meetings, supervision, and team collaboration. Staying current with developments in family violence and modern slavery practice. What you will bring A relevant degree qualification or current study in social work, welfare, social sciences, community development or a related field. Experience working in the NFP and/or family violence sector (desired). Understanding of the Family Violence services sector, legislation and policy. Experience in project support and coordination. Strong research, analysis and documentation skills. Proficiency with IT systems and software, including the MS Office suite. Demonstrated time management, organisational and administrative capability. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
