About the role
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
We’re looking for a Collections Manager to establish and manage collections processes in Australia. You’ll develop local procedures and maintain team performance as new products launch.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the development of compliant and effective debt collections processes
• Ensuring collections processes remain efficient and compliant with regulations
• Owning and managing the end-to-end debt collections process for retail credit portfolios
• Optimising in-house and outsourced collection capability with best-in-class contact
• Applying technology and analytics to improve cure rates
• Implementing strategic payment programmes to optimise recoveries
• Documenting policies, processes, and procedures for debt collection and recoveries
• Developing, managing, and refining collection strategies to optimise recoveries
• Continuously improving collection processes, metrics, and tools
• Selecting and managing debt collection agencies (DCAs)
• Ensuring agency performance meets service level agreements (SLAs)

What you’ll need

• 4+ years of experience in debt collection and recoveries in a retail bank, fintech, or DCA
• Experience creating and documenting collections processes
• An understanding of debt portfolio management, debt sales, and debt restructuring
• Knowledge of credit products, local debt collection laws, and relevant regulations
