ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COUNTRY
CSIRO acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land, sea and waters, of the area that we live and work on across Australia. We acknowledge their continuing connection to their culture and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Join the CSIRO team supporting the Square Kilometre Array Observatory (SKAO), an international mega-science project that’s set to transform our understanding of the Universe.
Based in Perth, you’ll work within the Assembly, Integration and Verification (AIV) team, contributing to the integration and testing of SKA-Low—being built on Wajarri Yamaji Country in remote Western Australia.
As the AIV System Scientist (Integration and Verification), you’ll lead the development of system-level integration and verification plans and provide technical guidance across the team. Your work will ensure that all telescope components come together seamlessly.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate globally, travel occasionally, and be part of one of the most significant science infrastructure projects in the world. We’re seeking diverse, experienced talent to help us deliver this once-in-a-generation project.
