Construction
CPP is Australia’s leading provider of end-to-end substation solutions for utilities and the renewable energy sector, delivering design, installation, and maintenance services up to 500kV. Specialising in both greenfield and brownfield projects, we have successfully delivered over 100 HV substations nationwide.
As the country’s most experienced contractor in Balance of Plant (BoP) services, we have connected more wind farms and battery storage systems (BESS) to the grid than any other provider. Our one-stop-shop approach covering design, civil, manufacturing, electrical works, grid connection, and commissioning, ensures seamless project delivery.
The Opportunity
As one of our HV Maintenance Electricians, you will work on industry-leading projects across regional ACT. You will be rewarded with excellent working conditions under our enterprise agreement and have the opportunity to work on high-voltage substation projects that are contributing to Australia’s renewable energy future.
HV Electricians will join a great team culture as part of our onsite construction teams and work collaboratively to deliver these major projects safely, on time and within budget.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

About You

• ACT Electrical License
• Sound knowledge of HV equipment
• Previous experience in the utility or industrial industry
• Transgrid, BESS or Substation experience highly desirable
• High Risk Work Licences – Dogman, Rigger, EWP, CN, C6, Telehandler – are highly desirable
