Key responsibilities: Defining/reviewing business problems/opportunities using problem and opportunity analysis techniques to develop a scope statement and provide valuable inputs. Developing a requirements plan including identifying stakeholders, roles and responsibilities, communications, and appropriate approach for eliciting, analysing, documenting, managing, and approving requirements to deliver the business outcome. Eliciting requirements, using individual and group elicitation techniques to discover and capture requirements. Working with stakeholders to define business metrics/acceptance criteria to ensure the solution fully meets the requirements. Analysing and using in-depth business requirement techniques such as dependency and interface analysis, and data/process modelling. Tracking requirements using a traceability artifact/tool, capturing the requirements' status/sources/relationships (including dependencies), to provide evidence that the requirements are delivered as stated. We are recruiting for a fixed term contract until 30th June 2027. About you Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Business Solution Analyst in a commercial environment. Well-defined coaching/mentoring skills, with experience of providing advice /guidance BA techniques and ways of working. Experience with web-based tools such as Confluence and JIRA. Experience within D365 is desirable. Demonstrated ability to provide sound recommendations after the application of business analysis techniques.
