THE OPPORTUNITY

Join Wales Bus at our dynamic smash repair facility in Smithfield! We’re looking for an experienced Bus Assembler to bring their expertise to the team. In this hands-on role, you’ll use your skills to shape and restore heavy vehicle exteriors—playing a key part in delivering high-quality results and driving the future of automotive excellence.

• Reassemble vehicles in accordance with documented procedures and processes
• Test and evaluate reassembly for safety and operability
• Any ad hoc duties throughout the workshop as directed by leadership
• Cleaning and polishing vehicles once repairs are complete
• Ensuring the vehicle is cleaned in accordance with documented processes and procedures
