WHAT YOU’LL DO Key contributor in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements, including supporting external audits, tax and ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing accurate balance sheet reconciliations, analysing financial performance and assisting with management reporting Manage month-end share-based payment accounting, including journal preparation, reconciliations, query resolution and analytical reviews. Manage monthly lease accounting processes, including posting lease entries, processing lease modifications, and establishing new leases in line with AASB/IFRS 16. Identify opportunities and implement ways to improve financial processes, controls and reporting efficiencies Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making Assist with the implementation and development of systems, controls, policies and procedures to support growth and expansion Partner with various business units to ensure financial accountability and provide insights to drive business performance Collaborate with counterparts in the US and the UK which would include evening availability for calls when necessary.
