Your daily duties will include managing various conveyancing files including large scale transactions and settlements, preparing and reviewing legal documents, facilitating communication between all stakeholders and ensuring smooth progression of matters with minimal supervision. This role is being offered as a six-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on business requirements, though this cannot be guaranteed. Experience As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience as a senior paralegal role or conveyancer with the ability to manage matters and property sales independently from start to finish. Experience using PEXA is preferred, and familiarity with property search providers such as InfoTrack is desirable. A conveyancing licence is not required, however, substantial practical conveyancing experience is essential. You will have a solid understanding of property law concepts and procedures, strong drafting skills, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a close-knit team.
