Job Description We’re looking for Speech Pathologists to join our multi-disciplinary team, supporting NDIS participants across Port Macquarie and surrounding communities. As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally. In this role, you will: Deliver high-quality, person-centred speech pathology services to help participants achieve their goals. Provide therapy in a variety of settings including homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities. Conduct clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform tailored treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions that support meaningful outcomes. Mentor and support graduate and early career clinicians. Stay up to date with NDIS legislation to ensure best practice and compliance.
