This role is pivotal in supporting the delivery of people programs, recruitment processes, reporting, and wellbeing initiatives. You’ll work closely with the P&P Manager and broader team to ensure smooth coordination of key activities that enhance our workplace culture and performance.   Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job ad creation, interviewing, scheduling, pre-employment checks and onboarding. System maintenance of the HRIS, LMS and others as required, to ensure system and reporting accuracy and efficiency Provide accurate, efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment variations, offboarding, adhoc reporting and administration of employee recognition program Support of annual processes such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, development planning, remuneration reviews and annual reporting tasks Maintain and update people-related trackers and reporting tools. Work with a continuous improvement mindset to improve the daily administration of the P&P function to find more efficient process or a better experience for our stakeholders About You Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload to meet deadlines Proven experience working accurately and efficiently to deliver quality outcomes Highly developed verbal and written communication skills 1-2 years administration experience supporting a HR or Recruitment function is desirable Passionate about employee wellbeing and engagement Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience working with HRIS systems and reporting tools is highly desired Keeps confidential information confidential, and acts with discretion, and a high degree of personal integrity How to Apply Sound like a good fit?
