Drive Meaningful Change Across a Major Transformation Program

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a large-scale digital transformation portfolio.

Working across multiple concurrent initiatives, you will lead the people side of change, helping stakeholders successfully adopt new systems, processes and ways of working. This role offers the opportunity to shape organisational capability, support senior leaders, and drive successful outcomes across a complex and evolving environment.

This is a 2 year contract opportunity aligned to a significant transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated view of change impacts across multiple transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate communication, engagement and training activities to support adoption and minimise change fatigue.
• Identify, assess and manage change risks, dependencies and stakeholder impacts.
• Provide change insights, reporting and recommendations to leadership and governance groups.
• Support leaders in communicating and embedding change across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain change management frameworks, tools, templates and methodologies.
• Build internal change capability through coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor readiness, adoption and engagement metrics and provide regular reporting on outcomes.
• Identify and address resistance through targeted engagement and change interventions.
• Coordinate implementation, go-live and post-implementation support activities to ensure successful transitions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in organisational change management within complex, matrixed or multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation programs, technology implementations or digital initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence and guide senior leaders through periods of organisational change.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with systems implementations such as CRM, document management, collaboration platforms or similar technologies.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and training capabilities.
• Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Formal change management certification (Prosci, APMG or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
