Description du poste Salaire annuel débutant à 80 000$ Quart de travail de nuit: 17h30 à 5h30 du lundi au jeudi - Flexibilité requise Relevant du superviseur de production, l'opérateur de machine de production sera responsable de la production efficace de l'équipement industriel de fabrication de pavé-uni. Cette personne doit avoir des aptitudes et connaissances en mécanique industrielle et être capable d'apprendre à régler, dépanner, réparer et faire fonctionner les machines de l'établissement. Le candidat sera formé sur le quart de jour ou de nuit. Opérez les équipements de production avec précision pour répondre aux exigences de production tout en maintenant les normes de qualité les plus élevées. Prendre en charge les procédures de configuration des équipements et réalisez la maintenance préventive afin d’optimiser l’efficacité opérationnelle. Utilisez une variété d’outils et d’appareils de mesure pour entretenir, ajuster et réparer les machines au besoin. Préparez des rapports quotidiens précis pour suivre les indicateurs de production et les performances des équipements. Démontez et réassemblez avec expertise des composants d’équipements lourds à l’aide de palans et d’outils manuels. Identifiez et communiquez de manière proactive toute divergence de produit ou dysfonctionnement des équipements pour minimiser les interruptions de production. Respectez rigoureusement les politiques, procédures et règlements de sécurité établis pour garantir un environnement de travail sûr. Maintenez la propreté et l’organisation sur le lieu de travail pour assurer un espace opérationnel sûr et efficace.
