Description du poste Horaire de jour : Lundi au vendredi 7:00 à 16:00 Le responsable du magasin joue un rôle clé dans la performance de nos opérations manufacturières. Véritable pivot entre la production, la maintenance et l’approvisionnement, il veille à ce que chaque pièce et chaque composant soient disponibles au bon moment, au bon endroit. Son travail assure la fluidité des activités de production et la fiabilité de nos équipements. Responsabilités principales Réception et validation des marchandises Effectuer la réception physique et informatique des pièces dans le système ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX). Vérifier la conformité des livraisons selon les bons de commande et les dessins techniques (quantité, dimensions, spécifications). Gestion et organisation du magasin Maintenir un environnement de travail structuré, propre et conforme aux normes de sécurité. Assurer l’identification, le classement et la nomenclature précise des pièces. Gérer les niveaux d’inventaire pour garantir un approvisionnement constant. Approvisionnement et suivi des commandes Effectuer les réquisitions et demandes de soumission pour les pièces standards ou sur mesure. Coordonner le suivi avec les fournisseurs : réparations, retours, délais de livraison. Contrôler la conformité des pièces réparées ou nouvellement reçues. Support aux opérations internes Répondre aux demandes des départements internes pour la recherche, la distribution et le retour des pièces. Préparer les boîtes et ensembles nécessaires aux entretiens hebdomadaires et à la maintenance annuelle. Contrôle et amélioration continue Réaliser les comptes cycliques hebdomadaires et participer à l’inventaire annuel. Contribuer à l’optimisation des processus de gestion des stocks et de la traçabilité. Utiliser le chariot élévateur pour la réception, la manutention et le rangement sécuritaire des pièces. Autres responsabilités connexes Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de maintenance, de production et d’approvisionnement. Participer activement à la culture de qualité et d’amélioration continue de l’entreprise. Qualifications Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience comme magasinier ; Fortes habilités avec les systèmes informatiques et Excel ; Expérience avec un système informatisé de gestion (ERP) ; Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et souci du détail (environnement multitâche); Bonne connaissance des pièces mécanique, électrique, pneumatique ; Capacité à travailler sous pression ; Bonne capacité physique ; Bilinguisme (l'anglais est requis pour servir nos clients et fournisseurs basés aux États-Unis et à l'extérieur du Québec) ; Carte de compétence de cariste, un atout.
