JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable In-Person French Tutor to work with students from beginner to Grade 12 levels. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the British Columbia French curriculum, including Core French and French Immersion, and have experience adapting their teaching methods to suit learners of varying proficiency. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about language education and committed to helping students build confidence and fluency in French.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong knowledge of the BC French curriculum for Grades K–12.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, especially with high school and beginner-level students.
  • Ability to explain language concepts clearly and creatively.
  • Patient, reliable, punctual, and professional.
