En plus d’optimiser les opérations relevant de son secteur, il doit s’assurer que les objectifs de l’entreprise soient bien communiqués aux employés afin d’obtenir les résultats escomptés. Il doit travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Service d’Assurance Qualité relativement à l’application des normes d’hygiène et de salubrité, avec le Service d’Ingénierie pour la mise en place des projets de l’usine, avec le Service des Ressources Humaines et avec le Service de la Maintenance pour tout ce qui concerne la réparation des équipements de production CE QUE TU FERAS Gestion de la production Gérer la productivité et l’efficacité et intégrer les principes de qualité, coûts, SST pour les activités de production Assurer le respect des règles en matière de santé et sécurité et participer au développement d’une culture de prévention Assurer le respect des règles en matière de sécurité alimentaire de l’entreprise, des procédures et des normes en place afin de se conformer aux exigences (HACCP, SQF, etc.) Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et de rationalisation des coûts de fabrication et participer à l’élaboration du plan stratégique d’amélioration de la performance de l’usine Assurer l’implantation et l’exécution des projets d’amélioration continue en ce qui a trait aux activités de production Analyser les rapports de production (kilos/heure, coûts main-d’œuvre, rendements, etc.) Améliorer les méthodes de travail et soumettre des recommandations avec une approche et utilisation des différents outils d’amélioration continue (5s, SMED, Kaizen, etc.) Travailler activement à l’atteinte des objectifs et résultats de l’usine par la mise en place et le suivi des différents indicateurs de performance de son secteur Soutenir les employés de production dans le but d’un bon déroulement des étapes de production au quotidien et du suivi de l’utilisation des ressources (main-d’œuvre, équipements, ingrédients, matériel, etc.) Réviser les priorités de façon proactive pour apporter les correctifs, lorsque nécessaire, et s’assurer que les arrêts de production sont réduits au minimum Planifier et contrôler les opérations de production afin de s’assurer de respecter les échéanciers et les attentes clients Faciliter et développer une collaboration durable avec les différents partenaires (secteurs) de l’entreprise Résoudre des problèmes liés aux procédés de fabrication Collaborer avec la maintenance pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements de production Évaluer le niveau de compétences de son équipe et mettre en place des éléments afin d’assurer le développement Assurer la motivation de ses employés en favorisant la communication et un climat de travail sain et harmonieux Assurer une bonne collaboration avec le service de Sanitation de nuit pour maximiser les opérations de production Toutes autres tâches connexes à la demande du supérieur immédiat Qualifications 5 à 7 années d’expérience dans le domaine de la fabrication alimentaire Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion et supervision de personnel Aptitude à travailler debout dans un environnement réfrigéré et syndiqué Diplôme d’études collégiales ou l’équivalent Connaissance d’équipements et procédés industriels Connaissance des normes d’hygiène et salubrité Connaissance des normes HACCP / des normes SQF (un atout) Connaissance de SAP Informations supplémentaires #Dtl1 Environnement réfrigéré à 4 degrés *** La personne retenue sera formée sur le quart de jour pour une période approximative de 3 à 4 mois, puis transférée sur un horaire régulier de 14h00 à 23h30.
