JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our DevOps processes on Microsoft Azure. As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will manage and enhance our CI/CD pipelines, streamline deployment processes, and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure. Your expertise in Azure DevOps will enable seamless collaboration between development and operations, driving continuous delivery and operational excellence.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps services, including Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Artifacts.
• Proficiency in Azure services such as Virtual Machines, App Services, and Azure Functions.
• CI/CD Expertise:
• Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and practices.
• Programming and Scripting:
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with YAML for pipeline configuration.
• System Administration:
• Solid understanding of Windows server administration in Azure environments.
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices in Azure.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification in Azure and Agile (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator, or Azure Solutions Architect).
• Experience with Azure Active Directory and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Familiarity with serverless computing and microservices architecture on Azure.

• Azure DevOps Pipeline Management:
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Integrate Azure Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and other DevOps services to support the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and deployment issues.
• Monitoring and Incident Management:
• Set up and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Respond to and resolve incidents, ensuring high availability and performance of services.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with development, QA, and IT operations teams to promote a DevOps culture and enable collaboration.
• Facilitate the adoption of DevOps best practices within the organization.
• Security and Compliance:
• Implement secure DevOps practices.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and security hardening for Azure environments.
• Optimization and Automation:
• Identify opportunities for automation in deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes.
• Optimize Azure DevOps workflows for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
