Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime/Tally ERP 9 is mandatory
• Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, arranging transportation and ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Record daily transactions, invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and payments.
• Support month-end closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Have 1-2 years of foundational experience in accounting / logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, basic analysis, and report generation.
• Familiarity with accounting software Tally.
