In this role you will ensure the timely delivery, installation and configuration of the solution within the assigned project, as agreed with the stakeholders and you will support the customer during the maintenance phase of the solution, respecting the established contract timeline
You will be based in our office in Rome. You will also visit customers regularly in the area around Rome.

As Delivery & Support Engineer, you will:

• Install and configure the solution on the customer’s environments on site or remotely, working with other internal stakeholders. Prepare specific documentation. Manage licensing and software protection systems. Provide technical training to the customer.
• Ensure effective and efficient support, responding in a timely manner according to defined SLAs.
• Manage cloud environments on multiple service providers for solutions provided to customers as SaaS, with use and management of automatic monitoring systems.
