Job Description Summary of the Position: The Commercial Marketing Associate Europe role will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the Evolution Live games in Europe and aligning the efforts with overall marketing, sales and business strategies. The role will be responsible for developing and delivering Marketing projects aimed to support our products and reinforce or establish our position in the local gaming industry, as well as overseeing continual review and optimization of Marketing processes and deliverables, always aiming to increase the quality of output and ensure that the Evolution Group stands out as the leader in the industry. The role will work closely Commercial team in Europe and with the Global Marketing team. Responsible for executing the marketing strategy and delivery for Live Casino in Europe, including game asset and product launch plans for key releases Communicate and strategize with the European commercial team to develop sales materials that facilitate and enhance the selling process Be the central point of contact for Commercial Europe and foster a strong relationship with them to help meet business goals Provide internal marketing support to sales, product and others through the creation of presentations, emails, content, literature and more Strategy, budgeting and planning of Evolution Group industry events and sponsorships, operator tournaments and promotional campaigns, merchandise, advertising and social media, including influencer relationships and campaigns Involvement in budgetary planning and be responsible for European Marketing budget Supporting the roll out of Live product releases for European Commercial team Working with the Product Marketing Managers to develop product marketing messaging that differentiates our products from others in the European market, and ensuring that customers have a full bank of relevant content. Responsible for liaising with our global shoot organization team and ensuring European tables are included in the shoot schedule with continual review of the results of the shoots Supporting Europe Commercial team during Evolution’s presence at industry events and sponsorships following the guidance of the Marketing Events Manager, and being on the ground at events in Europe when required Adaptation and proofreading of all types of marketing content to the European market (brochures, product marketing materials etc.) Understand all compliance/regulations related to marketing advertising to be incorporated into the marketing plans Responsible for ensuring all projects remain within budget and for creating budget proposals for future projects Ability to manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly Market intelligence - be the expert on the competition - how they position their products, the campaigns they are running and their product capabilities and incorporate into European marketing plan Manage, advise on and deliver marketing requests from stakeholders, foster a strong relationship with internal stakeholders, third parties, agencies and other partners where necessary Contribute to an effective, efficient and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are followed Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required.
