Own and maintain the Claims Compliance Register, ensuring obligations are clearly defined, mapped, and up to date Assist in the design assessment and testing of key controls, ensuring strong evidence and audit readiness Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, acting as the key point of contact Deliver clear, evidence-based reporting to support governance, audit, and leadership decision-making About you We’re looking for someone who is confident operating in a first-line environment, with a strong understanding of risk and compliance within an operational setting.
