You’ll work closely with the P&P Manager and broader team to ensure smooth coordination of key activities that enhance our workplace culture and performance.   Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job ad creation, interviewing, scheduling, pre-employment checks and onboarding. System maintenance of the HRIS, LMS and others as required, to ensure system and reporting accuracy and efficiency Provide accurate, efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment variations, offboarding, adhoc reporting and administration of employee recognition program Support of annual processes such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, development planning, remuneration reviews and annual reporting tasks Maintain and update people-related trackers and reporting tools.
