Job Description The Independent Certifier Representative (ICR) acts as the authorised representative of the Independent Certifier on major infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for independently verifying and certifying that project works comply with contractual, statutory, and technical requirements across design, construction, and completion phases. The ICR owns the design certification and construction certification processes and is accountable for the performance, outputs, and professional conduct of the Independent Certifier team. The ICR has authority to bind the Independent Certifier (IC) and is the primary interface with the Principal and the Contractor.
