About the role: The Transport Solutions Lead plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by building and optimising our carrier network, ensuring access to the best transport solutions across cost, service, and network efficiency. Success in this role will depend on the ability to continually optimise our growing network while expanding our pool of carrier partners, ensuring Ofload maintains a competitive advantage in service offerings and pricing. What you’ll do: Pricing and Solution Design: Develop and deliver pricing solutions for prospective customers in line with submission deadlines and customer expectations. Margin Performance: Ensure minimal variance between priced margins and actual margins, continually refining pricing models and inputs to improve accuracy. Opportunity Conversion: Support the conversion of new business opportunities by delivering compelling, competitive transport solutions. Capability Expansion: Identify and onboard new carriers to broaden service capabilities and enhance Ofload’s value proposition to customers.
