We are seeking an experienced senior Registered Nurse with a passion to join our Senior Nursing Team as a Duty Nurse Manager on a fixed term basis within Nursing Support Services.
The Nursing Support Team provides cover to all clinical areas, including medical, surgical, paediatrics, women’s health, and emergency care at Christchurch Hospital.
In this role you will work autonomously and be responsible for the co-ordination and management of patient flow processes for Christchurch Hospital: weekdays, after hours, weekends and Public Holidays. You will demonstrate a wide-ranging career expertise and a pragmatic, organised approach with an obvious passion to multitask and make sound decisions on the go. These skills will be key to your success in this interesting, challenging, and varied role.
