Près de 50 % des employés sont actionnaires de Richelieu. Nous cherchons à pourvoir un poste permanent à temps plein d’un Agent au Service à la clientèle- Industriel pour sa clientèle industrielle. Le poste à pourvoir est situé au siège social de l’entreprise, à Ville Saint-Laurent. Ce poste à temps plein (37.5 heures par semaine) offre une panoplie d’avantages, un salaire compétitif et un horaire de travail enviable ; soit du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 30 à 17 h 00.  Comme l’indique l’intitulé du poste, le représentant au service à la clientèle, est chargé de répondre aux appels téléphoniques des clients de l’entreprise ou en personne. Il doit écouter, comprendre et solutionner les problèmes posés par son interlocuteur dans un délai raisonnable. Il exécute sa tâche en suivant la ligne de conduite fixée par l’entreprise et veille à respecter la personne qui est au téléphone ou au comptoir. Il assure un suivi régulier du dossier des clients et les rappelle en cas d’urgence. Responsabilités : * Répondre aux appels entrants des clients industriels (cuisinistes, ébénistes, designers, architectes, etc.) aux courriels. * Accueillir les clients au comptoir, les conseiller et répondre à leur besoin. * Assurer un suivi des commandes ; * Effectuer le traitement des commandes faites par courriels ; * Participer aux séances de formation sur nos nouveaux produits pour maintenir une connaissance à jour des produits, service et promotion, * Gestion de demandes de retour et réclamations, * Résoudre les plaintes ou les problèmes des clients de manière professionnelle, * Proposer aux clients des produits complémentaires, * Proposer aux clients des produits alternatifs, * Optimiser le réseau pour maximiser les ventes et le service, * Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe pour assurer un service fluide et efficace. * Toutes autres tâches connexes.
