Description du poste Responsabilités principales: Soutenir et communiquer la vision du produit et les objectifs d’affaires. Participer activement aux événements agiles : planification, mêlées quotidiennes, rétrospectives, revues, affinage du backlog, coordination multi-équipes. Définir et gérer la portée du produit avec l’équipe agile. Assurer l’évolution continue du produit en respectant les gouvernances internes (sécurité, architecture, données, etc.). Contribuer à la feuille de route du portefeuille de produits. Collaborer à l’affinage des épopées et récits avec les gestionnaires de produits et autres responsables. Gérer les conflits d’intérêts entre parties prenantes avec diplomatie. Rendre visible le backlog de l’équipe dans l’organisation. Mener l’affinage des récits et inclure les récits de facilitation pour soutenir l’évolution du produit. Maintenir à jour la documentation du produit (parcours utilisateurs, fonctionnalités, notes de publication). Planifier les déploiements et publications. Participer aux communautés de pratique et à l’évolution du cadre agile à l’échelle. Premier mandat: En collaboration étroite avec le Directeur principal du Train de Livraison Agile (TLA, ou ART selon le cadre SAFe) des BSS de Vidéotron, le RTE, les parties prenantes et les équipes du domaine, vous serez responsable de découvrir, affiner et prioriser les Fonctions (Features SAFe) qui seront réalisées par le TLA. Le TLA dont vous assumerez le rôle de Responsable de produit (Product Manager SAFe) est au cœur des activités génératrices de revenus de la marque Vidéotron. À ce titre, vous agirez comme représentant proxy des demandeurs issus des secteurs du Marketing, des Opérations Service client et des Finances. Reconnu pour votre expertise en gestion de produits, vous savez établir des relations efficaces et productives avec une diversité d’acteurs internes, et mobiliser les équipes autour d’une vision commune. Qualifications Diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle en informatique ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience. Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en informatique et/ou en analyse d’affaires. Connaissance approfondie des processus d’affaires en télécommunications : ventes, prise de commandes, activation, facturation, assurance du service, usage, etc. Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Expérience démontrée en environnement agile. Maîtrise des outils Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Tempo) et de la suite Office. Certification SAFe (un atout). Connaissance des systèmes de Vidéotron : Etiya, i2i, Clic, SGA, Remedy, SAP, Genesys, Drupal (un atout). Certification CBAP en analyse d’affaires (un atout). Connaissance du modèle TM Forum (un atout).
