Job Description
Primary duties revolve around conducting in-depth research and analysis to assess market trends, economic indicators and other relevant thematics that inform business decisions and investment strategies.
Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive market research on Australia’s Build-to-Rent and Industrial real estate sectors
• Monitor market trends, including current / upcoming supply and demand, rental yields and cap rates (transactions / valuations)
• Analyze economic indicators such as population growth, GDP growth, inflation, interest rates to understand their potential impact on pricing opportunities in the above sectors
• Evaluate the competitive landscape, identifying, monitoring and benchmarking the progress of projects by key market players, as well as achieved rents and sales
• Gather and synthesize industry and market data from public records, including consultant reports, surveys, newsletters, research publications and other sources

Investment & Asset Management

• Support evaluation of real estate investment opportunities in Australia, with market research and analysis where applicable
• Assist the team in the preparation of investment proposals, information memorandums and pitch decks
• Aid in the creation of market research reports, charts, visual presentations and research summaries
