Job Description You will be responsible for supporting the Financial Crime Compliance Controls Lead, in managing Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) risks, aligning to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. You will be responsible for the implementation of FCC frameworks, systems, controls, policies and procedures for digital-led banking in Singapore. The Role Responsibility: Perform second line of defence role for managing risks relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/ Countering Financing of Terrorism/ Sanctions/ Anti-Bribery and Corruption, investigate alerts, report suspicious transactions and escalate issues, as appropriate Identify risks and typologies arising from digital-led banking products/ customer segments/ geographies/ transactions. Understand technical aspects of systems and controls relevant to Customer Due Diligence, Client Risk Assessment, Name and Transaction Screening, Transaction Monitoring/ AML Surveillance, and support selection, calibration and tuning of rules and scenarios. Support the team’s oversight of design and end-to-end implementation of appropriate FCC frameworks, systems, controls, policies and procedures for digital-led banking in Singapore, effective management of issues and risks in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures. Support effective regulatory relationship management.
