Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist with general administrative duties, location mainly based in NUS Enterprise@Singapore Science Park (Science Park 1), or on rotation for one of three BLOCK71 Singapore Centres within Singapore Science Park 1, One-north (Ayer Rajah Crescent) or Kent Ridge Campus locations
  • Assist with front (reception) desk duties, including handling and distributing incoming mails and deliveries
  • Assist with on-site (Seminar Room) event set up and post-event duties
  • Assist with updating persons to Centre facial recognition access system and meeting room booking system
  • Assist in liaising and coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure requirements are fulfilled
  • Assist in liaising and coordinating with facilities team for maintenance work and cleaning/sanitation services
  • Assist in liaising and coordinating with finance team for documentation and processing of bills and invoices
  • Assist in certain aspects of procurement such as ordering and restocking of stationery and pantry supplies
    This is an hourly-rated position.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma with at least 2-4 years of working experience in similar capacity
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive individual with a positive work attitude
  • Diligent, systematic, and organized
  • Attentive to details
  • Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resource planning and on-site operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
