Highside Brewing is seeking a Line Lead / Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the daily kitchen operations at our location in Frisco. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced line cook, with a professional attitude, who is self motivated, and takes pride in their food quality & presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Effective communication and team management skills.
  • Minimum One Year experience working as a Kitchen Lead.
  • Effective time management skills and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Knife, prep, and cooking skills are a MUST!
  • 21+ Years of age
  • Must speak fluent English - Ability to speak Spanish is helpful

  • Uphold daily kitchen procedures and staff accountability.
