REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, specifically in a hotel setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemical safety.
• Fluent in English or local language.

• Oversee daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness hotel-level standards are met consistently.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and proper use of equipment. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as necessary to ensure there are no shortages.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage and efficiency.
• Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team promptly.
