Description:
- Handling supplier invoices
- Ensure timely verification of supplier invoices and perform 3-way matched
- Prepare payment run in according to payment schedule
- Perform periodic supplier SOA reconciliation
- Prepare and ensure payments are recorded in ERP timely
- Support month end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries
- Support external/ internal auditAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Diploma in accountancy
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am - 5.45pm
- Location: BugisSalary Range: Up to $3500
