  • Demonstrated Client Services, Administration or Business Support experience

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

They are currently seeking multiple Administration Support Officers to join their team in Parramatta. The minimum working hours per week is 16hours with the opportunity to work up to 35hours depending on work volumes. This is an estimated 3month temp assignment with a strong potential to extend.
Reporting to the Officer in Charge, you will be required to provide a range of clerical and administrative services to assist in the operation and administration of enforcement operations within the Civil Operations Unit and the Jury Administration Branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as first point of contact, delivering high quality, professional customer service
  • Answer all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the effective process of civil and state debt recovery
  • Undertake telephone contact with Judgment Debtors
  • High volume data entry of information into the system
  • Perform database searches, gathering and collating information
  • Records and database management ensuring high accuracy, integrity and confidentiality
  • Adapt to work in different jurisdictions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
