To support us on our journey, YRCAS is looking for a Quality Auditor and Program Evaluation Lead to support our Quality Department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Work or related field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Experience using/applying: CPIN, Cognos, Power B.I. Excel, PowerPoint, statistics,
  • Experience developing and providing training to adult learners
  • Experience interpreting and applying Acts, standards, and regulations
  • Strong communication both verbally and written
  • Strong presentation skills
    PAY GRADE: Non-Union Pay Grade 6 ($85,455.52 - $103,282.33)
    HOURS OF WORK 33.75 hours per week

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Quality Improvement Specialist, the Quality Auditor and Program Evaluation Lead is responsible for supporting a high-quality system in compliance with the Act, regulations, and standards as it relates to Child Welfare. The position also oversees the implementation of different evaluation plans, ensuring that program activities and services further the goals and objectives of the programs. Ensures that evaluation activities are complementary to program operations and activities and consistent with the evaluation plans. In additional, this position will play a key role in creating a culture of quality within the agency. This involves empowering employees at all levels to contribute to quality initiatives and providing them with the necessary training and support.
